Since the beginning of 2003 ama Charity Services have been operating 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, 365 days a year. For outbound calling we operate from 9am to 9pm, Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm on Saturdays, and on Sundays at the request of the client, and also in line with DMA code of practice.
